Most recently, he was recognized by the US Government in her International Visitors’ Leadership Program (IVLP) where he acquired global leadership education relevant for personal, corporate, social and national success from corporate and civic leaders in Washington DC; Columbus, Ohio; Los Angeles, California; Jacksonville, Florida; Houston; Texas and several other cities.

His career started in a Non-Governmental Organisation to Health Maintenance Organisation to Banking and Consulting where he facilitated the operational stability of an e-Payment service; strategic promotion within the stakeholders; facilitated capacity development for Senior Officers in over 50 Ministries, Departments & Agencies and produced an innovative multimedia marketing tool for clients and stakeholder engagement. He has always been a catalyst for productivity both in corporate and social circles.

Aside his global recognition and education facilitated by the American Government, Abiola is an internationally certified Executive Coach and Leadership & Communications Expert as certified by Toastmasters International, Les Brown Inc. and International Coaching Academy. He was on the top 10 of Les Brown’s premier Communication Idols 2011 Contest held in Los Angeles, USA.

In September 2010, he featured on the oratory reality TV show- The Debaters- an intellectual program shown across Africa and the globe. In 2011, he landed himself an acting role on Tinsel, Africa’s most watched Soap Opera.

He is the founder of iamaCHAMP Limited, a Nigerian based Human Capital Development firm focusing on enhancing the skills of women, young leaders and the workforce in Africa to meet the challenges of making a significant difference in the 21st Century. Abiola is the Founding Director of The Xceptional Women Network & The Xceptional Young Leaders Network, these are two socioeconomic inclusiveness vehicles targeted at engaging 1 billion People towards attaining the Sustainable Development Goals. The initiative has recorded a cumulative reach of over 1.5 million young people.

Twice a year, Abiola hosts Thought Leaders, A-List Celebrities, Top Corporate Leaders, Captains of Industries, Dependable Diplomats, Respectable Politicians to knowledge sharing sessions at The GAME Conference & The Xceptional Women’s Conference. Abiola is a Member of Faculty at the Banking School of Excellence where he trains executives across Sub Saharan Africa, East Africa & Southern Africa on an array of Soft Skills. He is also a skilful and engaging public speaker for organizations such as Lagos State Government, FRCN, First Bank of Nigeria, Diamond Bank Plc, POISE Nigeria, Juniors Chambers International, Redeemed Christian Church of God and many other organisations.

Abiola is an internationally published author of two books – Get MAD & Who Says It’s A Man’s World. He also hosts a radio show and he is also a frequent Radio and TV Guest discussing different issues of social and national interests.
